Customer Care
All of our products are handmade so it is important that you are taking proper care of your items.

If your cases need to be cleaned, gently wipe with a damp or dry paper towel and avoid submerging the cases into any type of liquids.

Avoid putting anything behind the case (cards, thick paper, money, etc.) or harshly removing the case from your phone, because this can cause the edges to pop up over time and Qustom Qases will not be liable for this. Refunds/exchanges are not offered.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Unfortunately, Qustom Qases cannot be liable for damaged or lost packages. We will do our best to help our customers locate your order, but any packages that aren't delivered will be refunded or reshipped.
Order Cancellations or Changes
If you would like to make changes or cancel your order please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Due to the fact that our products are handmade to order, we are unable to guarantee a cancellation or change once your already has already been started.
